For more than a decade, the Amalfi Coast has been where I’ve helped women start new chapters… in life, in business, in love, in their own pleasure.
Eleven sold out Amalfi Coast retreats. Eleven years of yacht days, Ravello gardens, Mamma Agata's lemon cake, cliffside espresso, sisterhood, breakthroughs, and big YES energy.
Ravello was always part of the magic with fairy tale style gardens, legendary music, elegance and quiet….the feeling of being above it all (literally).
For nearly 1,500 years, this cliffside town has been where people come to create, fall in love, and reinvent themselves.
Wagner found the magic garden for his opera Parsifal here. Virginia Woolf and the Bloomsbury Group made it their retreat. Greta Garbo eloped here with her lover in 1938. Jackie Kennedy spent two weeks here with her sister and her children, and Mamma Agata cooked for her. (Yes, that Mamma Agata. We'll spend a day in the cooking school she founded.)
Women have always come to Ravello to live on their own terms. Now it's your turn.
This time, we're lingering and staying in Ravello.
Our home for the week is a historic yet modern villa set into the cliffs below Ravello, with the sea right beneath our terraces. Lemon trees. Antique tiles. Every bedroom with a private bathroom. The kind of cinematic backdrop that makes you ask why you aren't living bigger.
A Week That Feels Like a Movie & A Turning Point
This retreat is designed to feel like slipping into a chapter of your life you didn't know you were allowed to have. Luxury without apology. Pleasure without guilt. Adventure without justification.
If 2027 is calling for expansion, reinvention, or simply more joy, then Ravello is where that unfolds.
The Villa
We'll be staying in a private 19th-century villa with eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, built right above the sea between Ravello and Amalfi, with:
Every bedroom facing the sea
A swim spa on a sea-view terrace
Antique furniture, majolica tile floors, and arched windows
Terraced gardens of lemon and orange trees, stepping down to the water
A sauna carved into a natural cave
Room for coaching, laughter, cards, Aperol Spritz, and clarity
Imagine waking up, barefoot on cool tile, espresso in hand, salt air drifting in. A morning that blows your mind by the views and private chef served breakfast before you've even brushed your hair.
And when you want a little village life, Atrani, the tiny fishing village where Netflix filmed Ripley, is a short stroll away. Amalfi is just beyond it. Ravello, just above us.
September 17–23, 2027 Friday → Thursday
Late summer on the Amalfi Coast = perfection. Warm. Golden. Electric. And half the crowds will be gone.
All Inclusive Experience
Your investment includes:
Six nights luxury accommodation
Private chef + curated restaurant dining
All meals (yes, every espresso + dessert)
Private airport transfers from Naples
Private drivers for every outing
All excursions + adventures
Coaching with me throughout the week
From the moment you land in Naples until the moment you leave, this retreat is fully tended. We do pleasure AND logistics. You just show up.
Mamma Agata’s Cooking School (Ravello)
A legendary culinary immersion. (Warm lemon cake may change your life.)
Some of our planned experiences include:
Private Yacht Day Along the Coast
Swim stops at the Furore fjord and the Li Galli islands, then a long, sun-soaked lunch in the fishing village of Nerano, home of the famous spaghetti alla Nerano. Sun. Sea. Wind. Aperitivo at sea.
The Gardens of Ravello
Villa Cimbrone's Terrace of Infinity, lined with marble busts and hanging over the sea. Villa Rufolo, the 13th-century garden that inspired Wagner. Breathtaking doesn't cover it.
The Lemon Trail Hike to Amalfi
Downhill from Ravello through lemon terraces and tiny medieval villages, with lunch on a terrace overlooking the coast. Views worth every step (and they're all downhill).
Atrani
The tiny fishing village next door to our villa, and Italy's smallest town. Cappuccino on a piazza that opens straight onto the sea, in the village where Netflix filmed Ripley.
Amalfi
Once the capital of the medieval Amalfi Republic. Climb the 62 steps to the cathedral, wander its 13th-century Moorish cloister, and make your own sheet of paper in one of Europe's oldest paper mills.
Sea Days
Private sunbeds, crystal water, Aperol spritz on demand, right at the villa's own platforms on the sea.
Swim Spa + Terrace Time
Reading, journaling, napping, sunning, recovering from joy.
Surprise Moments
Magic requires mystery.

Absolutely! Most guests come solo. Within 24 hours, you’ll feel like you arrived with friends you simply hadn’t met yet. This retreat is designed for meaningful connection, not small talk.
What if I don't want to do the hike?
The hike is optional. If you prefer to sleep in, swim off the villa's platforms, or linger over cappuccino in Atrani, that's a completely acceptable interpretation of "hiking the Amalfi Coast."
What’s the vibe of the women who attend?
Curious. Bold. Funny. Smart. Kind. Women who are here for pleasure, clarity, adventure, and transformation … without apology.
Will my dietary needs be accommodated?
Yes. Our private chef and restaurant partners can accommodate most dietary preferences and allergies (just let us know in advance). Italy takes food seriously … you will be in good hands.
Is this a business retreat? A life retreat? A pleasure retreat?
All three. This week blends travel, coaching, pleasure, clarity, and adventure. Many guests experience major breakthroughs that influence relationships, careers, health, wealth, and happiness….but with less PowerPoint and more lemon trees.

Is there WiFi? Can I work during the week?
Yes, there is WiFi. That said, consider this a delicious opportunity to unplug. If you need to check email or take a quick call, there’s time and space, but the experience is intentionally curated to help you step away from the day-to-day.
What should I pack?
A packing list will be provided closer to the retreat and includes all the essentials… outfits for coastal evenings, comfy shoes for the hike, beachwear, and room for shopping (linen, lemons, and handmade Amalfi paper are a religion here).
What’s the physical level required?
The Amalfi Coast is vertical (stairs and hills), and that includes our villa's terraced gardens. The schedule includes movement, walking, stairs, and optional hiking. If mobility is a concern, reach out and we'll help you assess fit.
Can I extend my trip before or after?
Many guests do, and we can provide suggestions for Naples, Capri, Positano, Ischia, Rome, Florence, and beyond.
Is airfare included?
Airfare is not included. Everything else, from your private transfer at Naples airport until departure, is handled.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes… you’ll see payment options at checkout. Big Yes Energy members receive a 10% discount.
What’s your cancellation / refund policy?
Travel insurance is recommended and protects you in the event of unforeseen changes. Due to the nature of luxury villa bookings, deposits are non refundable. (More details provided in your contract.)
I’ve never done a retreat before….will I feel out of place?
Not at all. Many first-time retreaters come to Italy and often end up returning for other retreats. The only requirement is a willingness to say yes to yourself.
What if I don’t know anyone?
Perfect. No first dates, no networking, no performance. Just women who are tired of postponing joy and ready to live bigger.
How do I know if I’m “right” for this retreat?
If something fluttered in your chest while reading this page then you already know. Italy is calling women who are ready for their next chapter, whatever form that takes.
"The trip itself was just nothing short of transformative... in ways I could never ever have possibly hoped for or imagined!"
