Choosing to become a Certified Master Life Coach with ULCT demonstrates your unwavering commitment to becoming a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive coach.
Most Life Coach and Master Life Coach certification programs do not deeply address topics like identity, oppression, trauma, inclusive language or practice.

How It Works
Program Structure & Commitment
Breaking it down:
Duration: 6 months
Format: Online delivery with live weekly classes + structured self study
Time commitment: 2-4 hours per week
Cohorts Offered: Once or Twice per year (spring and fall)
Certification: Awarded upon successful completion of all program components
Pre requisites:
To earn your Certification, you must:
This training is designed to work with your life while giving you everything you need to become a confident, qualified life coach.
High school education, GED, or the equivalent.
A bonus, but not required: College level or other education focused on psychology, health, wellness, communication, or relationships
- Attend at least 18 of the live training and/or small group classes live.
- Complete 25 hours of practice coaching.
- Submit a 30 minute recorded coaching session for review and feedback.
- Complete 2 coaching tools as a final project on the topic of your choice.
- Complete a Social Justice Project* and submit a project reflection worksheet.
